Swimming with Daddy... HAPPY FATHER'S DAY BRIAN!

Noah's second week at swim lessons

Noah decided to go swimming with his new float in the bath tub!

Today Noah had his second swim lesson and I am so glad that it went better than last week. He was so excited about going swimming but as soon as we got there today he got so scared. Brian was able to go with us this week which really seemed to help. After only a few minutes of being upset Noah calmed down and got right in with Brian. There was actually an eight month old girl there that was swimming under water... I had never seen anything like that! It was amazing! I think every week will be better and our goal is to get Noah comfortable in the water. He loves running around the baby pool but the "big" pool is a little scary for him.
Tonight when I went to start Noah's bath water he went running in the other room. The next thing I knew he was trying to get in the tub with his new float! How could I say no?! So we had swim time in the bath tub :)

A Long Week......

This has been a very long week at the Aulick house. Noah has had a mixture of strep throat, high fevers, his fifth ear infection since December, and the hand, foot, mouth virus! That virus has caused him to have horrible blisters inside his mouth and on his lips. I have felt so sorry for him! He has not been able to eat much of anything except pudding! And I believe that we have watch Cars and Toy Story more times than I can count :) Yesterday seemed to be the turn for the better with Noah, for dinner he actually ate 1 chicken nugget and a few fries. I now have strep throat and have felt horrible at times. I guess I had forgotten how painful strep can be! I am praying that Noah and I feel better REALLY soon and I also pray that Brian stays healthy. He starts his summer classes this week and really does not have time to be sick! I think that Noah seems to be getting tired of just playing at home with mommy and daddy. He mentions his cousins *Braden,Chase, and Nate* all of the time!

This has become Noah's favorite spot to watch his movies!

Sword fight with daddy!

Since we have not been able to go to the pool Noah splashes around in his "tiny" baby pool in the backyard. We are suppose to start swim lessons on Saturday!
